Not every wedding needs a fridge trailer. Many do. The answer depends on your venue, your guest numbers and your catering plan.
Signs you need one
- Your venue is a marquee, barn or private field with no catering kitchen
- You have 80 or more guests
- You are serving an evening buffet as well as a meal
- You have a large drinks order
- You are serving cake, desserts or cold canapés
- It is a summer wedding
Questions to ask your venue
- Is there a commercial kitchen and how much fridge space does it have?
- Is there power where a trailer could be sited?
- Can a trailer reach the site, and is the ground firm?

Call as soon as you have your date and venue. We confirm availability and agree a delivery time with you or your caterer. Our team delivers, sets up and collects.
